Shogo Garcia is a partner with the Law Offices of Yoshida & Garcia.
Shogo is a legal advocate for hospitals and medical providers in third party liability, health care lien, and commercial payor dispute resolution.
His main practice area focuses on civil litigation disputes throughout the State of California, as well as administrative proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of California.
Shogo also maintains an active personal injury practice, where he passionately represents accident victims in insurance claims and lawsuits, helping his clients obtain the fullest and fairest compensation for their losses.
