Hon. David D. BovettOf Counsel
Prior to his appointment as a Workers Compensation Judge in 1995, Judge David Bovett worked in private practice for several firms, including The Law Offices of David D. Bovett, where he specialized in workers compensation defense. Judge Bovett served his final six years in office as the Presiding Judge at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in the Stockton district office, until his retirement and return to private practice with The Law Offices of T. Mae Yoshida in 2013.
Judge Bovett is a graduate of California State College, San Bernardino, and holds a J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law.
